Founded by State Employees to serve as a supportive presence at the Capitol, TPEA operates as a nonpartisan, not-for-profit organization exclusively representing State of Texas employees and retirees, establishing ourselves as the leader in advocacy for this group.
As we step into the new year, TPEA is deeply committed to supporting our state employees and retirees, especially as we advocate for an extra check for state retirees and pay raises for current state employees. The inflation is real and we need to honor their unwavering dedication to serving the people of Texas.
