Since switching to a more general Member's Only site at the end of 2023, we've received a lot of feedback on the site, the navigation, and what members would like to see as part of their user experience. We listened, we researched, and we're so proud to launch a totally new member portal. Welcome to TPEA Connect!
PLEASE NOTE: The invitations for this portal are rolling out in 4 groups, with a new group of invites being sent every week. This is to ensure that we can respond to any issues or questions that come up as efficiently as possible. What is TPEA Connect?
TPEA Connect is a standalone portal website just for TPEA members. This is where you'll access your member benefits, news and updates, event information, and communities.
How is it different from the current site?
The first big difference you'll notice is the login experience. You will create your own login and password to access the site. If you ever have any issues with your password, the Forgot Password function will help you reset it and get logged in.
In addition, the layout is closer to our current website with a menu at the top of the page for easier navigation.
Any new features?
Heck yes! TPEA Connect features Groups for you to ask questions and start discussions with your fellow members. We currently have 8 regional groups set up, and each member has been assigned to a group. We'd love to add more groups, so please let us know what kind of group you'd like to be a part of.
In addition, we'll be rolling out a mobile in the next few months to make accessing the site even easier on your phone or tablet.
Sounds great! Where do I start?
We've already begun sending out invitations to members to set up their account. The invites are going out in weekly batches with the last one going out Monday, November 2nd. If you haven't received yours yet, you can reach out to us and request your invite early.
Once you get your account set up, log in and look around! Check out the new layout and pages, and be sure to stop by your Group and introduce yourself.
